  • At Autoparts Pro. you will get money-back guarantee on purchased Used Engines. We want you to be completely satisfied with our excellent performing Used Engines and services. If you wish to return a part or an engine, please follow the return policy guidelines specified below.
  • Email support@autoparts-pro.com or call us at +1-888-855-1808 Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). This is Central Standard Time to request a return authorization (RA) number. We are not supposed to process any returns or exchange without RA number.

Damaged Shipments

  • This is for your kind notice to always inspect your shipment systematically before accepting and signing for the merchandise. Even though the container and packaging are well arranged or ordered, it could be possible that the product is damaged. If your ordered Used Engine arrives damaged, please do accept the delivery and contact immediately to our Customer Service Representative at +1-888-855-1808 with detailed description. Proof of damage is required to be send by photos or videos.

Freight shipments and UPS Ground shipments

Freight Shipments

  • Before accepting any Autoparts Pro. delivery, cross check its internal and external damage minutely. Take out your low mileage Used Engine parcel from its package and inspect thoroughly to find any anomaly. If you notice any damage, feel free to call our customer service immediately at +1-888-855-1808 and ask for return authorization number.
  • For Used Engine assemblies, customers are informed that Autoparts Pro. doesn't warranty or guarantee on any attached accessories of Used Engines, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds. As we know such engine parts are not warranted, refusal of delivery for these parts being damaged will result in deduction of original shipping and handling charges from any refund.

Returning defective or incorrect parts

  • If you have received an incorrect or defective Used Engine, you are permitted to return it for an exchange or replacement. You can contact to our Customer Service Personals to explain your problems. We will create a new order for your required Used Engines and issue RA for the original engine. Autoparts Pro. will ship the replacement engine as soon as possible. Be aware of consignment charges you have to pay, if in case you are returning Used Engine back to us.

Refused Shipment or Failed Delivery

  • On refusal of shipment or failure of delivery, You are required to contact our Customer Service immediately at +1-888-855-1808. In case ordered engine is not delivered due to any reason, package will be automatically returned to Autoparts Pro. You will be credited the amount of your placed order after deducting the shipping and handling charges. We will take 7-10 business days for processing any credit and refunds. It is customer's responsibility to find fast and suitable measures with the shipping firm to accept a shipment in the event of an unsuccessful delivery.

Autoparts Pro. Online Discretion

Autoparts Pro. has a full right to reject any exchange or return request. For your kind notice and request, do not install damaged or incorrect shipped items, because it can void our return or exchange policy. If any Used Engine fragment has been observed modified, installed, or damaged in any way by the customer, we are allowed to deny your refund or exchange request instantly.

  • Our customer service will provide you the shipping address, where you can send your returned item easily. Do not forget to attach RA number on the shipping label.
  • Returned Used Engines must be in same condition or with same cartons and package materials as it is shipped originally. If original carton is not available, Used Engine should be wrapped correctly to ensure safe and secure shipping. We cannot issue any credit for the items that are returned to our place in a damaged or modified condition or partially or fully installed.
  • You need to attach the original invoice, or it's copy with the specific retuned item.
  • Our return or exchange policy includes 30 days from the date of the original invoice to return items.
  • Refund of the ordered Used Engine will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned Used Engine. Original transportation charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Exceptions will be imposed for an engine if it is received damaged or accepted incorrectly.
  • All refunds will be processed once consignment has been returned to Autoparts Pro.. We ask you to provide us 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
